Was able to lead 30 of my 34 players to over a 3.0 GPA in our first semester as head coach. Never been done in the last decade at Skyline. Implemented rigorous study hall hours, taught instructor communication skills, and also enforced seating chart rules for student athletes

Jacksonville Youth Academy- Assistant Facility Administrator, 2018

Jacksonville, FL. Managed all facility operations as second in charge over a youth treatment based correctional facility. Substance abuse program for teenage boys, court ordered from different counties in the State of Florida
Skyline High School- Case Manager, 2016

Oakland, CA. Worked with a caseload of youth on campus who exposed a need for support in their academic trajectory and behavior control. Also supported on the climate and control team on campus in which used restorative justice practices to resolve issues around campus with students.
Fresh Lifelines for Youth (FLY)- Case Manager/Facilitator, 2015

Oakland, CA. Worked with a caseload of teens around Alameda County, CA in attempt to help them grow into law abiding citizens who will eventually become pro-social leaders in their network. Also taught law curriculum to secondary schools across the Bay Area, teaching youth their rights.

Mission of Our Team:
Our football program is designed to produce student-athletes who can compete academically and athletically at the collegiate level. We develop this skill by implementing rigor study hall hours, partnering with support groups, and challenging the student-athlete on the field mentally and physically. We also work to establish brotherhood amongst our youth that will last a lifetime, by going above and beyond with team bonding. Lastly, implementing life skills into all teachings in the classroom and on the field.
